Since 2009, Molly Rose Reed has toured across the United States, the UK and Ireland with her band, Underhill Rose. They have released four albums, with two landing in the top of the Americana Music Association Airplay Chart and Roots Music Report Chart, all the while garnering critical acclaim from around the globe.

Underhill Rose uniquely blends Americana, rhythm and blues, country and bluegrass into one harmony laden melody. The duo’s original songs are wrapped in harmonies and packaged with an eye-catching stage presence. The smoky voice of Eleanor Underhill joined with the soaring vocals of Molly Rose creates a sound that is best described as “heartfelt country soul.” Playing banjo, harmonica and guitar, the group has carved out a place in the Americana scene with songs that run the gamut of heart-wrenching to sassy and playful to thought-provoking. 

Along the ride, Molly has written songs to release independently. Her first solo recording, "Thank You" is set to be released on all streaming platforms in late November 2025. 

After years of garnering international attention with Underhill Rose, she paused to welcome her second child into the world. Soon after birth, she learned that her baby would need a series of life-threatening surgeries. While navigating unknown territory and the vulnerability of having a newborn, Molly started noticing the helpers around her: friends bringing meals, family members attending doctor appointments, getting texts and calls that simply said “I love you” with no expectation for a message back. Months later, after her child had successful surgeries and a positive recovery, she finally picked up her guitar. The first song that came out was “Thank You”.
